Longhorn Lodge
The Longhorn Lodge is centrally located on our property. Within the Longhorn Lodge you will find the Dining Room, Chapel, Double R Game Room, Little Horn Conference Room, and Staff Offices. Our Dining Room feeds up to 180 people from a commercial kitchen. There are also two full bathrooms and our Nurse's Office off of the Dining Room. The Chapel area's atmosphere is set off with a fireplace and rustic wooden beams. This area comfortably holds up to 180 people as well. An overhead projector and screen, wipe boards, and a TV/VCR/DVD combination are available for use in the Longhorn Lodge's Chapel area. The Little Horn Conference Room is a small meeting area with tables and chairs for 12-15 people. Our Double R Game Room provides a variety of games, including carpetball, ping pong, foosball, and more.
Buckskin Bunkhouse
The Buckskin Bunkhouse is divided into four sleeping areas, each sleeping 20 people (total capacity 80). The Buckskin also has two large modernized bathroom facilities that divide the bunkhouse in half for men and women. Paired with the Longhorn Lodge, this facility is ideal for groups of 30 or more.
Silver Star Station
The Silver Star Station is divided into four sleeping areas, each sleeping 20 people (total capacity 80). The Silver Star also has two large modernized bathroom facilities that divide the bunkhouse in half for men and women. The Spur, a meeting room for up to 50 people, is adjacent to the sleeping areas of the Silver Star Station. An overhead projector, wipe boards, and a TV/VCR/DVD combination are available for use in the Spur. This facility is ideal for groups of 30 or less, using the Spur as a meeting room.
Groups of 80 or more can pair the Buckskin Bunkhouse and Silver Star Station with the use of the Longhorn Lodge.
Wrangler's Roost (to the left of our two barns)
The Wrangler's Roost is a small sleeping facility for up to 20 people with two modernized bathrooms and a small meeting area. There are convenient entrances for both the upstairs and downstairs from the outside. There is a bathroom on each floor to separate for men and women. The Wrangler's Roost can also be paired with the Little Horn Conference Room located in the Longhorn Lodge for meetings.
All lodging, dining, and meeting facilities are heated and winterized. WLD Ranch's activities are available to groups who rent the facilities.
Indoor Riding Arena
Our Indoor Riding Arena includes a 60'x150' riding area, a heated classroom, and a heated observation area.
Chuckwagon
Our camp store offers a variety of clothing, horse photos, and WLD Ranch souvenirs. It is open for groups by request throughout the year. The Chuckwagon is our snack shop for summer camp and we also serve hot food from the Chuckwagon for special events (rodeos, Open House, etc.).
