Summer Camp at WLD Ranch is an experience your campers won't soon forget. The unique mix of friendship building, focused learning, faith development, and fun activities gives your campers a taste of life at its fullest. WLD summer staff will welcome your campers into camp life and return them to you with memories that will last a lifetime.
Traditional overnight camps, specialty camps, and day camps throughout June, July, and August give you the opportunity to select just the right camp for your campers. Kids from Kindergarten to 12th grade can participate in age appropriate Round-ups. We also offer our Family Camp for campers of all ages. Which Round-ups will work for your family?
Special Discounts Available (click on the title below for descriptions) Sibling Discount- Families who are sending more than one child to summer camp! See the description to see what we are offering you this year. Early Registration Discount- Register by March 1 and receive last year's prices for this year's summer camp. Returning Campers, Recruit New Campers!- Returning campers: Bring a 1st time summer camper with you to your Round-up and receive $15 off your registration fee. Receive and additional $10 off your registration fee for each additional 1st time summer camper you bring to camp with you. See the description to learn how to claim this discount.
Some Details for Summer 2010 Take a look at Summer 2010 Explanations for details about each week of summer camp. (Below is an overview schedule.) For Round-Up #3 (Teen Week), we are featuring a different theme each evening. Teen Week campers, come prepared to participate! If you want to bring items appropriate to each theme, here are the themes this year: Scottish Highlands, Pirates and Princesses, Clue (the board game), and July 4th, 1776.
Just about every week of summer camp has a unique daily schedule for your campers. Here is asample daily scheduleof the Junior Camps. Most camps have morning Bible Round Up and Specialty Classes, with freetime activities and games throughout the afternoon. Evening schedules include Bible lessons and evening events (hayrides, bonfire, etc.). If you need more detail on the schedule for your child's camp, give us a call - or just get all the exciting details when they come home from summer camp 2010!
Look atActivity Descriptionsfor overviews of Bible Round-Up, Activity Classes, free time, and more. For Round-ups #2, #3, #3D, and #4, campers will need to choose an Activity Class. Activity Classes meet for 2 hours Monday-Thursday mornings. Round-ups #5 and #5D (Pre-Juniors) offer a sampling of several activities for our youngest campers. Other camps (Specialty Camps, RU#8D - Day Camp, Family Camp, Adventure Trip) have unique activities and programs (see the Summer 2010 Explanations for details).
We are offering some Additional Activities once again this summer. Any camper can take advantage of our Photo Package. Campers during Round-ups #2, #3, #3D or #4 can enjoy our Cowboy Lunch.
