Generally, our office hours during the school year are as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00am until 4:00pm
- Friday from 10:00am until 4:00pm
- The office is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Generally, our office hours during the summer are as follows:
- Sunday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm
- Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm
- The office is closed on Saturdays.
Please realize that we are often on the property during these hours (and more often than these hours), but may not be near the phone or the office. If you called and left a phone message, we will respond to it as quickly as possible. You are also welcome to contact us either with our contact form or go to our staff page to find an email.
If you want to stop by the office to drop off a registration or for a tour, please call ahead to be sure we are available (we may be with a group or working on a project out of the office at the time you would like to come).
There is a good possibility that we are on the property, but there are several reasons we may not be in the office or may not have been able to answer the phone. The three most common reasons for not answering the phone are that we are actively servicing a guest group, that we are busy with other responsibilities on the property not near a phone, or that we are already on the other line with someone else.
