Pool Celebration

Saturday, May 31, 2025 4:30pm-7:00pm (meals served until 6:30)

(Any additional donations given will help with yearly operational costs, occasional improvements or maintenance needs.)

The pool celebration on Saturday, May 31st will be a beach-themed picnic meal complete with live music.

On May 31st, you will check in at the Longhorn Lodge (main building) to purchase your food and then head up to the Rawhide Station (outdoor pavilion) to eat and enjoy the entertainment. There will be some activities in the yard for kids during the event as well. At 7:00pm we will have a dedication ceremony for the pool as we anticipate its use this summer!

Additional donations for the pool fundraiser will be welcomed. So come on out to the Ranch to enjoy a lively picnic and to support our pool fundraising efforts.

Additional Details:

The Full Meal ($12.00) includes 1 meat (hotdog, hamburger, or Italian sausage) and 3 sides. Side choices are baked beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, plain potato chips, and carrot sticks.

The Small Meal ($7.00) includes a hot dog and 2 sides (same choices as above), portioned for kids or others who don’t want as large of a meal. (There are no meat substitutions for the small meal. If you want a different meat, choose the full meal.)

Each meal also includes beverages (water, lemonade, and unsweetened iced tea) and a chocolate chip cookie.
